I summed up the researches and player’s expectations, and decided on the gaming experience goal: 

A game that brings players an alternative pandemic and simulates the type of life highly dependent on the media.

My next step would be to analyze the original Plague Inc. game and decide what elements or game function to modify or add.

 
︎︎︎Immersive
Enhance the storytelling element in the game. Present a "Plague Diary" instead of a "Plague Simulation" and bring the player into an alternative virtual epidemic.

︎︎︎Reasonable
The gameplay function media serve in the game should reflect their role in the reality, so that the players can draw the connection.

︎︎︎Handy
The focus is on the experience so the game should be easy to learn and to play.
